William L Osborne (Bill) passed away at Overland Park Regional Medical Center on February 27, 2025.  He was a resident of Delmar Gardens Nursing Home of Lenexa for many years.  His health had been rapidly declining because of his health problems.

He was born in Liberty, Missouri to Carrie (West) Osborne and LeRoy Osborne on January 22. 1947.  Bill served in the Army for 4 years and served in the Vietnam campaign from 1966 to 1968. 

Bill leaves his sister Janet Goode of Overland Park, Kansas.  Two nephews Stephen and Christopher Goode and a niece Amy Park and grand and great grand nieces and nephews.  The graveside service will be Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the New Hope Cemetery in Liberty, Missouri at 1:00 p.m.
