So blessed to have him in my life. He never judged me and helped me out of some crazy situations. He loved all of my family, especially the children and grandchildren who loved their Uncle Frank. He certainly will be missed but left us all with great memories. Thank you Martin and Lorie for sharing him with us.

I have the good fortune to be a neighbor to Frank & Julie Moss at the Homes, Inc. Frank was a good man. If my family needed anything he was there to help. I am also the manager the Homes, Inc. In his retirement Frank served as a Board Member of the Homes, Inc. for many years. He was one of the best Board Members I have ever worked with. His sensible no nonsense approach to issues was influential and very helpful. His passing is a great loss to our community and my family.

Although we only had the chance to meet Frank a couple of times, he struck me just as the perfect person for my cousin. He was very warm and welcoming, and made us instantly feel like family. We are such lucky people to have got to meet him and spend our time with him, albeit a short one. We're certain he is playing 18 in heaven with our loving God. May God be with you cuz, in these troubling days. As always, we are here if you need us, to the best of our ability.

Best friend and Brother in Blue ,Atchison ,Kansas

Frank and I became friends, then best friends in HS at Southwest HS. He came out and did a ride along after I became a police officer in 1976. Next i know is Frank called to tell me he had been hired by KCK PD. Frank and I remained best friends and brothers, even after I moved to Arizona and continued in Law Enforcement and after I moved back to the KC area. He was my best friend for 55 years and like a brother to me. So many great memories. Rest peacefully my Brother. We will meet again on the other side my dear friend

My deepest condolences to the family. Best neighbor in the world!! Since day 1 that we moved here 21 years ago Frank and Julie have been there for us, they aren’t just neighbors, they are family, they’ve literally watched me grow and build my family that they adore, he was always making jokes with the kids, tickling them, he was the best. Too many good things to say about him, I will miss his “good morning sweetie how are you doing today”. Fly high our dear Frank!! You will be missed.

I’ve know Frank throughout the years on the police department working closely with him in the detective bureau. You knew where he stood on different topics and wasn’t afraid to speak his mind. He was a jokester as well. Frank was a loyal husband and farther. He was a dog lover even to the dog he called Butt Head. Frank it was a pleasure to be your “work wife” and cubical partner for years. We enjoyed dinners at Quick’s BBQ in the early days and Fritz’s in the afternoons before we were off work. Joining for a drink or two at local establishments. RIP my friend

I worked with Frank for many years, but more so in the Bureau, and I have been blessed to have known him for his many years on the PD. Frank was always easy going and willing to help if needed. He was a good man, good friend and a very good Police Officer /Detective. ?? Sadly, I did really not keep in contact with him since we have both retired, but am happy to hear he was able to enjoy his family, friends and his retirement. God bless
