Beth was the warm, sweetest and honry little thing she was a flash of a person, Beth was here then all of a sudden gone and not in-site. She loved pretty things and always loved changing clothes and brushing her hair and staying busy with her hands. Beth would compliment me as I would compliment her right back. I loved her little quiet voice and her agreeing with what it is your saying. I am praying for you and your entire family. God is our alpha and omega the beginning and end, who was, is, and will be. May god give you peace and love through this unfortunate circumstance and lift you all up through this most difficult time. In his name Amen!

I am a parent of another employee at Heartstrings. I did not know Beth; she did not know me. As soon as I saw her picture posted on this site, I thought, "Oh yes, I remember seeing her. She always had the sweetest smile." Praying that her family and friends will experience God's comfort and peace.

Dear Dan and Barbara, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Beth. Although I never met Beth, her Dad often spoke of how dear and loved she was I know Beth will be so missed and that she could not have had a more caring family. May you find comfort in your cherished memories of time together. Linda Mealman

Beth, Ms. Bethy, Beffy, Pretty Pretty, It has been hard for me to accept that you are no longer going to be with us at Heartstrings every day. You were such a special lady and I’m going to miss your loving, kind and funny spirit. I’m going to miss you calling me a “cuckoo head” and holding up your knuckle sandwiches. I’m even going to miss you rolling your eyes at me when I let you know you put way too much paint on a shelf sitter. ;) I will always cherish the couple of years I had getting to know you and work alongside you. I find peace in knowing that you are somewhere beautiful and peaceful now. Dan, Barbara, and family, may God wrap his arms around you and comfort you during this time of grief. I am so sorry for your loss.

Sipes family, I am so brokenhearted over the passing of Beth. She had a huge impact on my life and I didn’t realize it until this happened. She sparked my interest in sign language in kindergarten. She was there at times I felt sad and alone with a big hug and encouragement. Beth helped me develop my love of working with kids and teaching. I’ve thought about her regularly, wondering what she’s doing, how she’s doing, and thinking I would love to see her. I wish I would have made sure to get in touch with you all. I hope you all know just how much she was loved and how special she was to her classmates!

I will miss that smile so much. Her telling me I am silly when I told her a joke. She loved her movies and cheese quesadillas and her friends. Always had a compliment to give. My heart has been heavy with all of this but there is a very special angel in heaven now. I am praying for her family and friends.

I have worked with Beth for a little over two years at LakeMary. I work in lifestyles 1 at lone elm but when I picked up overtime, or worked on snow days I would work at Mahaffie and spent time with the girls there. During day service I would go over to lifestyles 3 and all the other suites and visit with the guys. Beth was always a ray of sunshine, and always so happy. I’d walk in and she would be sitting in her chair by the window smiling. I would go over and ask her how she was and she would always said “okay okay” with the sign for okay up. She always made everyone around her happy with her bubbly personality. When I found out about the news of her passing, I felt like my heart was ripped out of my chest. She will be missed so incredibly much.. and will be remembered forever. My condolences go out to her family and friends. Gone, but forever in our hearts. Rest in peace beautiful Angel.

I had the honor and privilege to take care of Beth when she first came to Lakemary to live at Mahaffie house as I was her overnight staff. My fondest memory is Beth would get up early in the morning put in her John Wayne movies and just talk up a storm. She was the most sweetest, kind individual I have ever gotten to meet. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone that loved Beth so much. Rest in peace Beth as this is not goodbye but see you later.

Beth was always such a bright light. I had the privilege of working with her during covid. Always smiling, happy. Always quick to give me a hug. She was so Sassy the last time I saw her, giving me the tightest hug ever. I also had the privilege of dancing with her for a few moments at last year's Night to Shine. Her smile, laughter and warmth lit up the rooms she went to. I was heartbroken to hear of her passing. My hearts aches for her family and friends, to the lives she touched. Heaven definitely got a very special angel.

My sincerest condolences to Beth's family, friends, and staff. Beth was a shining light that came in each morning to our suite, brightened our day, and then traveled on to Heartstrings to spread more joy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I will forever remember her smile (when that mask wasn't in place- she sure loved that mask) and the little wave she gave as she headed off to Heartstrings.
