I am sorry to hear about Dorothy. My husband, Wayne, worked with Jerry for many years. I thought the world of both your dad and mom. I got to spend time with her at the Dean Machinery retiree's luncheons. She was such a warm welcoming person. Dorothy will be missed by many friends. Again, I am sorry.

I am so sorry for your loss. My mother went to church with Dorothy. She was so sweet. She was the first to include my mom in monthly luncheons and going to New Theatre for a show and dinner after my dad died. My mom was enriched by Dorothy being her friend. Dorothy was a very special person and will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dorothy was a warm and welcoming lady. She went out of her way to keep the Dean Machinery Retiree group together and growing. She and Jerry were a fun couple we were blessed to know. We send our sympathy to her family.

You know there are a few select people in this world that you think they will live forever. Their personalities fill the whole room - even if that room is a huge auditorium. They are humorous, conversational, warm, loving genuine human beings. This is how we will always remember Dorothy! She was the light in the room! She was engaging. She was your best friend from the moment you met her. Her laugh was just as special! She loved the Lord and didn’t mind telling you about Him! She was faithful in every part of her life. She was a true joy to know. We will miss Dorothy. But we mourn for all who knew her - as tonight and every night the world will be a little dimmer without Dorothy on this earth. Love to you always Dorothy and to your beloved Jerry!
