Dear Rosemary and Family, I’m so very sorry for your loss. Please accept my sympathy and deepest condolences. Art taught me so much in my formative years. I enjoyed drafting and shop with him. I enjoyed a long friendship after high school, thru the years. I enjoyed seeing you and Art at church, St. Agnes. May Art rest in peace for eternity with our God, and Savior Jesus Christ. Godspeed on your journey, Art. Rest In Peace.

Dear Mrs Zimola and family, I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Zimola’s passing. I was in his first drvier’s ed class taught at Miege. He was an excellent instructor. I credit him with not having had an accident to date, in my life. (no need to now, either). He had me work as an aide for his drafting classes and also annouce track and field events at meets held at Miege. He was very kind and I will continue to remember him always. Pat Centner

My deepest condolences to Rosemary and the entire Zimola Family. I took 4 years of drafting and shop while at Miege and Mr. Zimola was my instructor. He was the best and I use so many of the skills he taught me regularly to this day. I used to meet him at the school shop early Saturday mornings with another student and we'd work on our projects. He was such a good man and I'll never forget him. Thinking of you all at this very difficult time.

Coach Zimola was one of the most influential men in my life. He was my track and cross country coach for four years and pushed me to give my best. Later he became a close personal friend and continued to “coach” me to become a better man, husband and father. Rosemary, always at his side, my prayers and thoughts are with you and the family. Coach, you were a man’s man! Greg Wilson

Art was a very motivating teacher, coach and person. I took drafting and shop from him in high school, and I tried really hard to do well. Not true of all my classes, but for Art, absolutely. Really enjoyed being around him as an adult too. A great guy for the St. Agnes and Miege communities. A great example of a good man and father. I am very sorry for your loss. Art had a great family and lived a long and good life, all anybody can ask for in this world! Rest in Peace Mr. Zimola

My greatest symphony to you Rose Mary and your children and others that that were very close to Art. I have always admired Art . I'm shocked by his passing. May the peace of the Lord be with you all.

My brother and I have such fond memories growing up around the Zimola’s and Warlop’s. Art never forgot a face or a name. When we would run into him he knew about our kids and always asked about them and our families. My husband was driving by Art’s house 9 months ago and saw him sitting outside so stopped to say hi, the first thing he asked was “how’s your wife? She’s a special lady you know” Art’s first concern was about me and my battle with cancer. We didn’t know that he was having his own battle with cancer at that time. He was such a wonderful caring man that touched so many lives. He will greatly be missed. We send our love and prayers to the Zimola and Warlop families. Love, The Flavin & Flack Families

My thoughts and prays are with the Zimola Family as you mourn the loss of your husband, father, grandfather, or great grandfather. Having been on the Bishop Miege faculty with Art for a number of years, he quickly gained my respect. He was very professional in his job and someone who could always be counted on. The Miege community was blessed with his presence. Jeanne Kobler .
