Oct 15, 1982---May 07, 2024

Trevor loved Jesus and ran into His open arms in the early morning of May 7, 2024.  He was born in Springfield, Missouri on October 15, 1982.  He graduated from Blue Valley High School and Access House and enjoyed going daily to the Johnson County Developmental Services workshop.

He loved praise and worship in church and shouting “Amen” during Pastor Chad’s sermons; his niece and love of his life, Charlotte, music concerts - especially Toby Mac, eating at Jalapenos and Longhorn Steakhouse, KU Cheerleaders, and his dog and best friend Norman.  Trevor always had a smile on his face no matter how difficult his circumstances were.  More than anything, Trevor loved the Lord.

He is survived by his parents Skip and Pidge Talley, Overland Park, KS; his brother Dane and his niece Charlotte Rose, Overland Park, KS; his aunt and uncle Alesia and Chuck Talley, Springfield, MO; his cousin Karen Eagles, Raymore, MO; and his dog and best friend Norman.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday May 23 at 6:30, with a 5:30 visitation at Lenexa Baptist Church; 15320 W. 87th Parkway, Lenexa, KS

We wish to thank Johnson County Developmental Service for their wonderful care for the past 20 years.

Donations may be made to “Friends of JCDS” 10501 Lackman Road, Lenexa KS 66219,which builds and remodels accessible “forever” housing for disabled persons.

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.  All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

Though hearts are saddened, I have great joy in knowing Trevor is with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am thankful that I was blessed to have known Trevor. He always made me smile, not just my face, but my heart! May the comfort and peace of Jesus wrap his family and friends.

Blu, Skye and I miss chatting with Trevor daily while finishing our daily walk. We loved him and are honored to have known such a funny, kind, sweet young man. The last thing he said to me, the Sunday before his passing "Oh Gosh" , along with that incredible smile. Miss you Buddy!

Trevor is so missed, it won't be the same going back to visit in Life Enrichment area without his smile and jokes. He was always giving me a hard time and keeping me on my toes. "Uh oh, here comes trouble" he'd say... He brought such joy to everyone's day! Trevor has left his mark and will always have a place in my heart. May he rest in peace and may you all find comfort in the fond memories that you will forever have.

I am so sorry for your loss. Trevor was a joy to be with and work alongside!! He had an amazing smile both joyful and sneaky and he brought smiles to so many! He loved both of you (mom and dad) so much and was always excited to talk to you, to go see you or go out and about with you! Joy was in his soul! You will be missed my friend but I know that you are watching over your parents.
