My sincerest condolences to you, Maureen, with the loss of your Mother. She was a dear friend to me since grade school. We enjoyed many trips together, much laughter, some tragedies, and everything in between. She was valiant in her fight against cancer. She and your Dad loved you so very much. Now they are together for eternity.

We were so sorry to hear of Janice's passing. We grew up together as backyard neighbors, and I spent many happy hours at the Kennedy's house. Janice was always a sweet, loving friend, and I will miss her beautiful smile and great personality. May she rest in peace in God's loving arms until we all meet again...God Bless you and your family in your time of mourning.

I’m lucky to have know you, Janice. You fought a tough battle. I hope you had the most embracing hug, when you saw Jim. Lots of love and prayers for comfort for those you left behind. Rest easy!

I have always remembered meeting Janice Kennedy at my first Alpha Chi Omega Alumnae meeting in 1972. It wasn’t long after that she became Mrs. Ryan! Always enjoyed the conversations we had. I’m sure she will be missed by many. With sincere sympathy, Susan Ainsworth

Maureen: Sorry for the loss of your mother. She was a dear friend, we went through grade school, high school, and college together. All of us St. Peter's boys in our class spent many hours in Janice's basement growing up. Your grandparents were always so nice to all of us. We will miss Janice at our get togethers every month she always came.

Maureen, I’m so sorry for the loss of your dear Mother. She was alway so friendly and positive and my Mom, Pat Zeller loved being her friend and neighbor. The Zeller girls enjoyed visiting with her at Nell Hill’s in recent years. I love she’s enjoying the company of your sweet Dad. They were such a fun couple.

Janice and I took several classes together at KSU in the English Department. Clearly she was most memorable to me with her unfailing good cheer; she was encouraging to others, and a young woman with a purposeful approach to life. I've thought of her fondly many times over the years and wished we could visit. May your family see and experience the goodness she left in this world. With deep sympathy, Paula Gantz Ripple
