Rose Mary Hartshorn, 85, died December 7, 2023 a lifelong resident and member of The Cathedral of St. Peter, Kansas City, Kansas.

Rose Mary was preceded in death by her parents, James Edward Hartshorn and Mary Margaret (Wehner) Hartshorn, two brothers Charles Joseph, Raymond Edward and a sister Patricia Louise Patrick.

She leaves 3 sisters, 3 brother-in-laws, nieces nephews, cousins and friends.

Rose Mary loved her church, family and friends. Enjoyed her family, especially with the holidays, birthdays and just getting together. She was a member of the Mid America Coca Cola Club, enjoyed her friends she made at conventions, traveling and buying and selling Coke items. She was an avid collector. She also collected Mickey Mouse items. She enjoyed life.

Visitation will be 9-10 with a Mass at 10 on Thursday December 14, 2023 at The Cathedral of St. Peter, 416 North 14th Street, Kansas City, KS with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  The family requests contributions to the Capital One Community Hospice Care, 14700 E. 42nd Street, Independence, MO 64055.

We are so very sorry to hear of Rose Mary’s passing. My parents and Brothers were next door neighbors with Rose Mary for a long time. I lived there in the beginning as well. But Rose Mary always said hello or vice versa when I would visit my parents and/or brothers. She always asked how my kids were doing. Sara Reagan
