Jaclyn Antoni "Jackie" Brown, 42, of Merriam, Kansas, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.  The visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. with the Funeral Services  at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 11,  at the Porter Funeral Home  8535 Monrovia, Lenexa,  KS.  Burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Lenexa, KS. 

     Jackie was born February 20, 1981, in Westwood, New Jersey, the daughter of Kevin and Judy (Lundquist) Brown. Jackie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carmela Brown and June Piece, her aunt, Irene Lundquist, uncle, Jay Lundquist, her children's father, Joel Humphrey, her father, Kevin Brown, step-father, Ed Wcislo and numerous friends. She is survived by her mother, Judy Brown, her sister's, Jessica and Sarah Brown, her children, Cal and Orin Humphrey, aunts, Diane Jasmer, Georgeanne Brown and Donna Martin, nieces, Alexis Brown-Doane, Avery Redmon and Maggie Hockersmith and cousin Kasandra Lundquist

Neighbor and mother of August, a close friend of the family ,Lenexa ,Kansas

Jackie was a kind neighbor. Her children would play with ours and get together to sing carols house to house. We went to the gym together on several occasions. She was a generous person and has a persevering spirit. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
