Rita Marie Malbon, 84, of Lenexa, KS passed away Friday, December 1, 2023.

Visitation will be 9:00-10:00 AM with Funeral Services at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 9, at Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery.

Rita was born January 30, 1939, in Kansas City, KS. Rita was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Margaret Kump and husband, John Malbon. Rita is survived by three children; Lisa Herzog, Ruthann Carbajo, John (Jamie) Malbon, five grandchildren; Tara Hale, Tyler Sharpe, Svieta Sharpe, Trey Sharpe, Jacob Malbon, three great grandsons; Hudson, Walker and Briggs Hale, one sister; Louise Kratzer and extended family.
