Ruby M. Shaffer, 92, of Overland Park, KS passed away on September 15, 2023. Family services will be private.
Ruby was born in July 8, 1931 in Elk City, KS and had lived most of her life in Overland Park, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Delmar W. Shaffer, and their son, Dennis Shaffer. Ruby is survived by daughter and her husband, Janet and Brian Stacy, a son, Mark Shaffer and a grandson, Matthew Stacy.
