Catherine L. (Westerman) Russell, 81, passed away June 5, at Silverado Memory Care.  Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. with the Funeral Mass following at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11300 W. 103rd St. Overland Park, KS.  Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Lenexa, KS.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: The American Heart Association or to Catholic Charities. Catherine was in the first graduating class from Bishop Miege High School in 1959. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Russell. She is survived by her children, Michelle Lever, Keith & Greg Hoeflicker, stepmother to Greg Russell & Christine Wall, grandmother to Amanda, Sophia, Lucas, Lexi, Ryan, Claudia, Jessica and great grandmother to Hayden, and survived by sisters, Mary Sorenson and Linda Lamble.
