Pat and I helped each other get through some difficult times in high school and the first two years of college. We were very close in those days and had many adventures -- Lake Table Rock weekends, being Rollings Stones afficianados and many a poker night with other Ward/Rockhurst classmates. We shared Chiefs season tickets from 1969 through 1971. We had a most memorable trip to New Orleans in January 1970 to attend the Chiefs victory in Super Bowl IV. And although we didn't see each other after I moved from Kansas City, I always had and will always have a special place in my heart for Pat.

Pat was a pleasure to work with. He had the best sense of humor and never a bad word for others. I will miss his collection of phone memorabilia he acquired over many years of working in the industry. God bless Tim Weiss
