Even though I knew it was expected, it saddens me to hear of Maria's passing. I really valued the time that I was able to spend with her. She was always very happy and very charming. She spoke of her family often. My wife and my 17 year old twins each spent time with her at different times while i visited her. She will be missed by us all. We will continue to pray for her. Shawn

I miss her and wish we could go to Lake View to have a good visit! She was so smart and nice and we agreed on many things. I was so happy she came to my birthday.party in May! These last year's of isolation and aging kept us apart but she was very good about calling me to try to stay in touch. It is hard to lose people and I am sad to think that Marie is gone. Thanks for this opportunity to tell Jane and Cathy and Leo and Sawyer how I feel about Marie.
