Sue was a caring and dedicated person to all those around her. I worked with Sue for her many years at Bell. I knew of her love and knowledge of Princess Di and Royal Family and we both followed the wedding, comparing notes. Sue will be greatly missed for her loving smile. God grant her sisters and their families his blessings and healing arms.

Deepest regards to Sue's family members. I am saddened in hearing the news that Sue has died. We were only associated briefly in the past year, but I appreciated her desire to learn, to embrace change and gain insight to her relationship with the world. I will miss her. Pam Hamilton

I'm so sincerely sorry for your loss. I was a friend of Sue's for many years through a parrot group on line and kept in touch even after the group closed. I never had the pleasure of meeting her in person, but felt much love for her and I greatly valued her friendship. She was the kindest and most generous soul. God has gained another angel in heaven. She will be greatly missed. With love, Kathy Waddell

My sincerest condoleances .... I am Ellen from the Netherlands and I know Sue since 2007. We became friends when we realised our moms died on the same day, same year. January 22, 2008. We both had two sisters, our first bird was a budgie, we both have a grey parrot from the same age ... Traveled with her in the States three times and we had a blast. I will miss her.. đź’”

To the family, please except my sincerest condolences on such a tremendous loss. 🙏 Our prayers are with you, and the Lord is with you to strengthen you, as you mourn the loss of Sue. Take comfort knowing that you’re not alone through all of this. Sue and I never met in person. We met through the Always Alex Group way back in 2006. We stayed in touch daily, either through messenger/text, or phone. I'm broken 💔 I already missing the thought of not talking to her and hearing Grady in the background. I commend you, my dear Sue to Almighty GOD, and entrust you to your Creator. May you rest in the arms of the Lord who formed you from the dust of the earth. May holy Mary, the angels and all the saints welcome you now that you have gone forth from this life. Heaven as gained another Angel. 🙏✝️🤍🕊

Sue and I are connected through our appreciation for parrots. I was shocked to hear of her passing. We recently exchanged emails and I was anticipating a chat with her to get caught up. Sue was a wonderful and giving women whose friendship I will always consider a gift. My condolences to her family and all of us who will miss her, especially her companion and friend, Grady.

Sue and I have been "next door neighbors" at Mission Hill since I moved in 20 years ago. She had me on length of time being there by at least 10 more years. We became good friends, had many long telephone conversations, and did various favors when the other one needed it. O course, Grady didn't like it when she would be on the phone & would start making his "wolf whistle" or siren imitation to get her to hang up and pay attention to him. I will miss her dearly. My sincere condolences for the loss to all that knew and loved Sue. She was the most kindest soul I ever met. We called each other Sissy’s. She and I have had many trips to California, New Jersey. She followed me home on one trip and saw the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Where she asked the customs “ I wanna stamp” on her passport. We always laugh at those words because they don’t stamp between those two country’s . We were hoping for another trip. Guess it’s on hold for now. but I will treasure the memories. Will miss our chats. She was always there for me. I love you Sissy Love sissy B Brigitta

I live in the apartment directly above where Sue lived for more than the nearly 20 years I've been here. Sue was always extremely warm & friendly towards me, even telling me stories about her bird, Grady, and asking if he was too loud (seldom), or if he bothered me (never). I hope Grady has a nice new home, as I know Sue has. I did not learn of Sue's passing until much after the fact, so I missed the visitation & funeral. I spoke with Sue's sister & nephew later, here at the apartment complex. I wish all who grieve Sue's passing the comfort only our Heavenly Father can provide. Best wishes and may Sue live on in our memories.
