Lawrence had a smile, calm words, and a garden. His patience was tried by the pressure cooker when Betty was canning beans. After the pressure was released on the pressure cooker; the lid would not come loose. Lawrence asked for help, but my efforts failed to release the lid. Lawrence took it in stride, as he had in life. It was a pleasure to know Lawrence and the life he shared. RIP friend.

We were so sorry to learn of your Dad’s passing. He and your Mom were great neighbors for so many years. When either of us were out of town we kept an eye out for each other’s houses. Always enjoyed our chats together and your Dad’s dry humor. Dot
