Margaret A. “Maggie” Belcher, 75, Kansas City, KS, passed away Friday, April 23, at The Piper Assisted Living. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, at the Porter Funeral Home, 1835 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City, KS. Private family graveside services will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to Catholic Community Hospice.

Maggie was born January 20, 1946 in Kansas City, KS, the daughter of Albert and Mary Drewitske. She is survived by her daughters, Tina (Dean) Bridge and Denise (Ben) DeHaemers, grandchildren, Chloe, Dalton, Haley, Dallas and her brother, Robert (Sarah) Drew.

I was friends with Maggie along with Jenny Kincaid a long time ago. We drifted away when our life took different paths, We were all single and had a lot of fun together. I remember Tina as she was still home. Alzheimer's is a sad way to go.....so sorry.
