Vera A. Kindle, 92, Kansas City, KS, died Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 20, at Haven Baptist Church, 3430 Hutton Road, Kansas City, KS 66109. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 4–6 p.m., Friday at Haven Baptist Church. The family suggests memorial contributions to Haven Baptist Church.

Vera was born April 4, 1934, in Conway, MO, the daughter of Ralph and Dimple Moore. She lived most of her life in the Kansas City area and was a bus driver for the Kansas City School District (USD 500) for many years. Vera was a member of the Haven Baptist Church and a longtime volunteer at Providence Medical Center. She was preceded in death by husband, Dillard and her two sisters, Mary Elizabeth and Jeanette. Vera is survived by her two sons and their wives, Donald and Cathy Kindle and Steven and Carol Kindle, grandchildren Morgan, Laura, and Thomas, and great grandchildren Gabriella and Samuel.
