Stan was an avid sports fan, particularly devoted to the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He also enjoyed golf and bowling and never missed a chance to cheer on his children in their sports from summer leagues through to high school and even college.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Eller (Cole), father Glen K. McNickle, sister Marsha J. Puppe. He is survived by his children and grandchildren.

Stan’s legacy will live on in the lessons he taught and the quiet strength he shared.
