Elizabeth Cedillo, 57, of Overland Park, Kansas, formerly of Boca Del Río, Veracruz, Mexico, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 19th, 2025 surrounded by family after a courageous three-year battle with cancer. She will be remembered by all who knew her for her elegance, sense of humor, and profound love for her family. She was a devoted and selfless wife, mother, and grandmother, and a true warrior.

Elizabeth was born May 14th, 1967 in Boca Del Río, Veracruz, Mexico to Maria del Socorro Muñoz Lara and Gustavo Luis Huerta Barcelata. She was preceded in death by her father Gustavo and is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Angel Cedillo, her three children and their spouses Irving Cedillo, Legna and Chet Jobert, and Sean and Lily Cedillo, her mother, Maria del Socorro, and her two granddaughters, Penelope and Iris Cedillo.

Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, January 26th, 2025, at Porter Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with a visitation preceding at 12:00 PM.
