I had the pleasure of working with Blain on numerous construction projects. He was a great friend and was always laughing and smiling when we met on the job site or meeting for one of our “solve the worlds problems” lunches! He was such a kind soul and would do anything for anyone in need. He will be truly missed!

Blain is my younger brother but I always looked up to him and he was, and is my hero. I’ve always been so proud of his skill and accomplishments, none more so than his love and care for his family. Our hearts are heavy, but his goodness and his smile will never be forgotten, and our love for him will never be extinguished. ??

Blain worked with my husband Terry Oyler for many years. He taught my husband how to be a construction superintendent. They worked in town and out of town on several jobs. They became very good friends. Blain was a wonderful person and helped everyone on his jobs. He was very kind and caring.

I met Blain on a job site nearly 30 years ago and immediately knew he was a great person. I can’t count the number of times I called him for advice on work and personal issues. Blain always had the answer. I wouldn’t have had the successful career I’ve enjoyed without his wisdom. He was a great friend that will be truly missed.
