Rodolfo  Alcantara Oviedo, 71, of Kansas City, MO, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.  Rodolfo was born May 18, 1951, in San Juan, Dominican Republic. He retired as a Police Officer in the Dominican Republic and moved to Kansas City in 2000.  After arriving in Kansas City he worked at Southwest Technology for 18 years.  He attended Casa de Dios para las Naciones in Kansas City, KS.  Rodolfo was preceded in death by his parents Damian and Maria, siblingsNegra, Morena Maribel and Andrea.  He is survived by three children Maricruz Alcantara Fermin, Elvin R. Alcantara, Desiree Alcantara, grandhildren Genesis Encarncion Alcantara, Pamela Encarnacion Alcantara, Maria Perla Encarnacion Alcantara, Dameon Alcantara, great granddaughter Amanda Sophia Encarnacion, siblings Dionis, Guarionex, Ventura, Milagros, Eldom, Lisandi, and many extended family and friends.
