I remember our cousin Joe was full of enthusiasm and loved being involved when our families gathered. We had a lot of fun and great food! My heart is with Pam, Tony, Harold and their families, and especially praying comfort to our precious Aunt Barb. Eternal rest grant unto Joe, O Lord, may perpetual light shine upon his kind soul.

My condolences to the family. I knew Joe as a classmate at St Peter’s Cathedral. He was always so polite and happy. I thought of him intermittently through the years always sending positive vibes his way . May you all have the strength you need to get through this difficult time and have many wonderful memories to sustain you until you meet again.

Joey, he will always be to me!!!! I’ve had such a wonderful friendship with him for lots and lots of years. I’m going to miss not coming to the City and going to eat with him and not going to the park to spend an afternoon or driving around in my car belting out seventy’s songs; as if we were still in the 70’s. I will miss his Laugh the most. He enjoyed life to its fullest and each time we got together, it was as if we had never been apart. My heart breaks for myself because I will truly miss him and my heart goes out to Pam, Butch and Tony for losing a wonderful brother. To Barb; he loved you so very deeply. You made his whole life so special to him and for him. Thank you the entire Lacy family for always keeping him and I such wonderful friends. Love to you all. Barbie. (I Miss You Joey)

My condolences to Joe's family. Joe was a '76 classmate from Ward High. What I will remember the most about Joe is his smile and how fast he could make it to class when that 2nd bell rang! I don't recall if he was on the school's track team but he should have been. Peace and prayers.
