Caroline Ann Summers, age 92, peacefully died June 16, 2022 after a 4 year battle with heart failure.  Caroline was born August 29, 1929 in Kansas City, Kansas to parents Orval and Mildred Bricker.  Caroline was the youngest of 3 children.

Caroline is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Summers, her brothers James Bricker and William Bricker and their wives, Phylis and Thelma.  Also a great great grandchild, Lainey McGee.

Survivors include daughters, Carol McGee (Jim) and Donna Wallace (Larry).  Grandchildren, Scott McGee (Jannelle), Jaime Johnson (John), Patrick McGee, Tyler Wallace (Tatiana).  Great grandchildren, MJ McGee, Innis McGee, Aaron Johnson, Caitlyn Johnson, Maddie Soto Wallace.   One great, great grandchild, Kaia Johnson.

Caroline graduated from Wyandotte High School, Kansas City, Ks.  She lived and worked in the Kansas City area most of her life.

Caroline's passion was nurturing people and using her excellent sewing skills. She was part of a group that made specialized lap quilts for patients with Alzheimers, Christmas stockings and made pandemic face masks for several charities, including CASA in Kansas City, Missouri.

In this time of COVID, Caroline did not wish to have a service.  As a 40 year survivor of breast cancer, Caroline would like any memorials   be made to Susan G  Koman Foundation in lieu of flowers.
