I am sorry to hear of the passing of Bob, Mr. Harbour. He and Martha were dear friends of my Mom and Dad, Jim and Betty Welter. They didn't hesitate when my parents asked it I could come live with them after the passing of my brother in 1970 (to shield me from the process). Bob always called me "SAM", a nickname he and their friends gave me when I was born (after three boys, they never thought my parents would have a girl). It still makes me smile today. Bob was a wonderful man and a dear friend. May God bless you, Martha, Bob, Terri and Kim! Your husband and Dad will forever be remembered by me! With Love, SAM

Life long friend ,Kansas City, ,Kansas

To: Martha, Bobby, Terri, and Kim, My sincere sympathy for the loss of your dad. He was a wonderful man and my very best friend since childhood. I owe Bob a lot for his influence and the roll he played in my life. It is heart breaking to know he is no longer with us. I loved him dearly. I like to think that Bob is playing golf in heaven and in spare time he is setting up little league baseball for children. So long good friend. I look forward to seeing you again someday. Sincerely, Joe Steineger
