Carolyn M. Henak, 96, passed away peacefully at her home with her family on June 13, 2021. Carolyn was born June 26, 1924 to Robert and Mary Alice (Thomas) Reeves in Dodge City, KS. She attended Wyandotte High School and was a longtime member of Grandview Baptist Church. 

Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband William Henak, Jr., parents Robert & Mary Alice Reeves, and her son Gregory Henak. 

Carolyn is survived by her son Jeff (Lisa) Henak of Kansas City, granddaughter Katrina (George) Janning and two great grandsons Charlie and Harrison. 

The family will hold a graveside service honoring Carolyn’s life on Thursday June 17th, 2021 at 11:00am at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens where she will be laid to rest. 

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Kansas City Hospice, 1500 Meadow Lake Pkwy, #200, Kansas City, MO 64114.
