Lillian Louise Adams, 91, of Kansas City, Kansas, died Saturday, April 17, 2021. 

Born on April 2nd, 1930 in Puxico, Mo to James Louis and Lillian Augusta (Beights) Hodge. Lillian was married at the age of 15 to E.R. Welker and lived in Jefferson City, Mo. To them were born Randa Kay (Welker) Barker, David F. Welker and Robert L. Welker. After an untimely death of E.R.,  Lillian met and married George Adams and moved to Kansas City, Ks. To that union Kelli L. Adams and Tara L. (Adams) Herring were born.  

Born fifth out of seven children, Lillian completed the 10th grade before moving to Jefferson City. She was a homemaker and also worked at the Holiday Inn. After moving to Kansas City with her husband, George, Lillian was a homemaker, PTA room mother, and was active in Job’s Daughters where she was Bethel Guardian and mentored and loved many young women who considered her a very special, kind and gentle woman. Lil was also a member of Sincerity Chapter Order of Eastern Star and Ankara Grotto Women’s Harem. She was employed for several years at KC Presbyterian Manor and made many good friends who loved her dearly. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, five of her six siblings and many loved ones including, husband of 38 years, George D. Adams, and her beloved children Randa K. Barker and David F. Welker. 

Lillian is survived by son Robert L. Welker (Sharon) and Daughters Kelli L. Adams and Tara L. Herring (Steve), all of Kansas City, Kansas. Her incredible legacy includes 19 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.

No one can nor will ever be able to calm all of the feelings and emotional turmoil that comes along with loosing a precious Loved One. I will just share my family's sincerest condolences to your family. I know who ever seeks peace of mind and tranquility should look to the hills from whence cometh your help.
