Dear Mrs. Weber and family, Like so many others who had the opportunity to meet and work with Jess through interactions in the workers compensation arena, I will miss his warm, inviting, loving spirit; his always helpful attitude; his honesty; and his laugh. Some people just make a deep impression on whomever they come into contact with, and Jess was definitely one of those people. He just had a way of making you feel listened to, valued, and loved. The angels are surely happy to receive him in heaven, and he will forever be looking down on us with a smile and some advice for whatever we would ask him about. Let the Lord comfort you and may you hold up his life in your memories and hearts to the uplifting of your spirits in this time and after. With Love, Julie
