Marilyn (Knapp) Jolliff, 64, Gardner, KS died Wednesday August 9, 2017 at Olathe Hospice House. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Porter Funeral Home, 1835 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City KS where the Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial in Maple Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to First Lutheran Church, 6400 State Line Rd., Mission Hills, KS 66208 Marilyn was born December 22, 1952 in Kansas City, KS and was a lifetime area resident. She had worked as a manager at the J.C. Penny Outlet Store in Overland Park, retiring in 1993. Marilyn was a member of First Lutheran Church and was preceded in death by her husband David P. Jolliff, Sr. on August 11, 2006. She is survived by 2 sons and their wives, David P. Jolliff, Jr. and Melissa, Daniel E. Jolliff Light and Stacey, grandchildren, Alexis, Jason and Andrew and adopted granddaughters, Emma Haselrick and Isabella Johnson.
