Dee Ann Pohnert, 55, of Lenexa, Kansas, passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at her home.  Dee was born May 22, 1967, in Jefferson City,  Missouri and was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Bowers and sister, Melissa Moore. Dee is survived by her husband of 10 years, Jeff, children, Ashley Gillespie, Cory Cason, Laci Emmons and Autumn Pohnert, her brother, Daniel Heemeier and numerous grandchildren.

Nooooooooo..... my lovely friend. No one told me and I was so cheering on Mahomes and Kansas City in your honour today... I am heartbroken at this tragic news... and hope lil bit gonna be ok. You gave so much to so many - sooooo damned generous of your time, energy and love and never a word of complaint despite the many challenges life always handed you to deal with.
