Helen D. Jansen, 88, of Olathe, KS passed away June 14, 2021 at Good Samaritan Society Olathe. Helen was born August 25, 1932 in Kansas City Missouri. Throughout her life Helen was dedicated to her family and community. After her children were grown Helen continued her education and became a registered nurse. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Edward C. Jansen Sr., son Edward (Ted) Charles Jansen Jr. and daughter Jan Carrizales. Helen is survived by daughters, Cindy Walters, Cathy Combs and husband David, son in law Lopez Carrizales and daughter in law Vicki Jansen. Helen was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.

A combined Celebration of Life for Helen and Ed will be held at Porter Funeral Home in Lenexa, KS, July 17, 2021at 10:00 AM.
