     Col. Scott Clay Cutter, III, USAF, Retired, 89, of Overland Park, Kansas, died Thursday, February 18, 202.  Visitation will be from 2-3:00 PM Wednesday at the Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia Street, Lenexa, KS.  Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 25, at the Macedonia Cemetery, Rolla,  MO.
     Scott was born January 8, 1932, in Oswego, IL.  He retired as Colonel from the United States Air Force after 26 years of service.  He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Ann Cutter.  He is survived by his sons; Scott (Tammi) Cutter, IV, Michael (Angela) Cutter, grandchildren Gillian, Matthew, Seth, Jack, Claire, brother William Cutter and extended family and friends.

I remember Col.Cutter when my father & family were station at Torrejon AB back in the 70s. Scott was a well honed skeet shooter& didn’t hesitate to show a new shooter the ropes, he was a very pleasant man to be around along with his wife Evelyn. We all had good times back then with great memories that have lasted a life time. My sincere condolences to their family & god bless you all. Jim

I was Class of 1951. Scott was a good honorable cadet and the star athlete. We were all proud of him. I honor his service on this Memorial Day of 2025.
