Hansen, 47, of Kansas City, KS, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020.  Due to Covid-19, services will be at a later date.  Stacy was born May 26, 1973, in Kansas City, KS and was a lifetime resident.  She is survived by her children; Patrick Spears, Tiffany Stewart, Caitlyn Hansen, her parents Keith and Judy Hansen, brothers; Brett (Jennie) Hansen, Timothy (Shawn) Best, sister Tobi (Bill) Small, her grandmother Lorraine Stakley, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
