Norma was so kind and genteel. She was a terrific dancer and attended our Lenexa Senior dances every Monday afternoon (when we still offered the program). She also was a regular for our birthday entertainment days, and everyone at the Lenexa Senior Center enjoyed her company. She will be greatly missed.

My heart goes out to my Falwell family. Much love to you all. Aunt Norma was a caring, thoughtful, and giving person, with a joyful heart. She was always there for family and friends when needed; to listen and provide support. One of the many things I admired about Aunt Norma was her active volunteer efforts in support of valuable community programs such as WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), SM Hospital, and (if I remember correctly) the Extension Master Gardener Program (KState), just to name a few. She saw the value in helping others and acted upon it. I have no doubt that she has had a positive impact on countless lives. I include Norma among the women in my life who have inspired me to step up and volunteer in my own community. Aunt Norma and Uncle Ralph helped to spark my interest in photography and were my first photography instructors. I fondly remember watching their photography slideshows in their basement office as they discussed each photo in detail. I admired their technical skills, craftsmanship, and artistic eye. When I expressed an interest in photography as a pre-teen, they took time to give me photo assignments and even critiqued my work. I am ever grateful they took time to share their love of photography with me. I wish I could have seen Aunt Norma's dancing skills in person, although I was lucky enough to see her floss with my kids and her great granddaughter. Impressive! You will be greatly missed, Aunt Norma. Rest In Peace.
