Joe and Joyce - my sincere condolences on the death of your beautiful mother (and mother-in-law). I know how much you (both) did to take care of both Rosemary and Vernon when they were still in their home. Your loving care is evident - in their very long and happy lives. I remember when we took the chocolate cake for her birthday, and she was so happy. And - all the wonderful meals you prepared for them over the years. I know this is a tremendous loss. I'm confident they are together, and free!

I just put rosemary and Vernon on the prayer line at our church. Wow -- Rosemary rode the train to marry a Marine, then send him into hell in the Pacific WWII, not knowing if he would return. He very much did return and their story will be told daily. You bet that's a love story!! Jack, hope to see you at our 50th reunion at "The Rock" next year.
