Barbara Andrews, 79, passed away peacefully in Overland Park, Kansas on February 3, 2020.  Barbara was born August 13, 1940 in Marshall, Texas.  She met her husband, Joseph, in Shreveport, Louisiana.  They married in 1961 and enjoyed 58 years together.  Barbara is survived by her husband; two sons, Clinton (Suzanne) and Eric; and four grandchildren, Kathleen, Eric, Philip and Gabriel.  Barbara was an avid solver of word puzzles and superior scrabble player.  She enjoyed regular canasta games, with family and friends, and was a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. 

A Memorial Service for Barbara will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at New Hope Presbyterian Church, 13310 S. Blackbob Road, Olathe, KS 66062. Rev. James Baxter and Rev. Tim Elliott will officiate.
