Dear family of Bill, My husband worked at BPU for 43 years and we both had the pleasure of knowing Bill and family. In fact after we had two girls and our third baby was a boy, Sylvester Jr. Bill brought a football to our son immediately after he was delivered! Never will forget Bill❤️
