Betty L. Bright, 85, Kansas City, MO passed away Monday, June 17 at Kansas City Hospice House. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. with the Funeral Service at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 20 at Victory Hills Church of the Nazarene, 6200 Parallel, Kansas City, KS. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Kansas City Hospice House. Betty was born March 24, 1934 In Kansas City, KS and was a lifetime area resident. She had worked as a case worker for the Wyandotte County Hospital Fund for over 30 years. Betty was a member of Victory Hills Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bright in 1987. Betty is survived by 4 children and their spouses, Brenda and Kevin Cox, John and Alice Bright, Denise and Dave Belcher, Stephen and Lisa Bright, 8 grandchildren with 2 on the way and 19 great grandchildren.
