I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. - 2 Timothy 4:7-8

So sorry to hear this sad news. I had not kept in contact with Sharell the last few years, and did not realize she was in assisted living. From the time we were little until our teen years, we were like sisters. I have some very fond memories of Sharell. I wish her children and siblings my condolences.

I don't know of a more deserving person of a crown of righteousness than Sharell Jordan. She was so kind and considerate of others. I remember her humor and fun with her at family reunions when we would have good talks and laughter. More recently I will remember her kind words to me when I was going through rough time of my own. God surely has a special place for her in heaven. God's blessings to her family at this time.
