Bob was a friend to everybody he will be missed greatly. Never forget when he found $85,000 in the bathroom in Tunica Mississippi. Took the money directly to security how many of us in today's world would have done that. Rest in peace Bob I'll see you at the table some day.

Very sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. It was a pleasure working with Bob at Ameristar he always had a smile. Even when he had to put up with difficult players. Always a good poker story to tell. He will be missed and remembered fondly by dealers and players alike.

Fellow Board Member and Neighbor ,Overland Park ,Kansas

I was sad to hear that my neighbor and fellow Board member, Bob Carter, had passed away. Bob and I served for more than six years on the Board of Directors for the Quivira Falls Community Association. We did not always agree on every issue, but on the really important ones, we always seemed to stand together. If Bob believed in something, he stuck by his guns. But if he determined that he was wrong about an issue, he was the first to admit it or to apologize. That is what I appreciated most about him. I will miss seeing him drive through the neighborhood on his mo-ped, making sure everything was okay in our beautiful subdivision. My heart goes out to his wife, Pam, and the rest of the family.
