William Terry Maloney, 70, Overland Park, KS, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his home. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. with the Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 27 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11300 W. 103rd St., Overland Park, KS. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Holy Spirit Catholic Church

Terry was born May 6, 1948, in Kansas City, MO and was a lifetime area resident. He was a 1966 graduate of Rockhurst High School and then served in the United States Air Force in Korea and Japan from 1969-1973. On May 18, 1973 he married Patty Lisburg in West Fargo, North Dakota and they were blessed with 2 sons, Shawn and Andrew. Terry had worked for various companies in sales and had been a salesman at Cousin's Furniture for 12 years. He also repaired patio umbrella's and worked as an electrician. Terry was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Patty, 2 son's Shawn and Andrew and Shawn's wife Courtney, and 2 grandchildren Shane and Keller.
