Josephine Rose Halbert, 90, of Lenexa, KS, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018.  Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 AM Wednesday, Sept. 5th at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 13615 West 92nd Street, Lenexa, KS with Funeral Mass beginning at 10:30 AM.  Burial at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the donor's choice.
     Rose was born April 30, 1928, in Lenexa,  KS.  She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Daughters of Isabella, Altar Society and the VFW Women's Auxiliary.  Rose was preceded in death by her husband William T. Halbert, brother Paul Hoehn and her sister Mary Baska.  Rose is survived by 3 daughters: Karen (Tom) Sloan, Shawnee, KS, Patty (John) Gamble, Littleton, CO, Diane Halbert, 5 grandchildren: Nick, Marcie, Katy, Andrew, Shawna, brother Earl Hoehn  and 5 great grandchildren.
